Project Server Video: Creating Standard Project Proposals
This part of the EPM demo focuses on standardising project proposals across the enterprise. By utilising Microsoft Office Project Portfolio Server 2007, a business can ensure that the same information is captured for each project that is proposed. This then allows projects to be prioritised against other projects and against the key business drivers.
This allows fair and rational decisions about which projects should be executed and which projects should not.
